Most of all the bean bag chairs we carry are in stock, so when you place an order with us your bean bag will ship within a few days. Any customization or embroidery may delay the shipment by a few days. It usually takes from 2-5 days to receive your order once it has shipped. All of our products ship from Missouri.
The bean bag chairs ship in corrugated cardboard boxes which assures the quality of your bean bag during transit. These boxes are plain without logos in the event your purchase is a gift.
Please inspect your bean bag furniture upon arrival for damage and report it immediately.
If your bean bag chair arrives damaged, whether it be from the manufacturing or shipping problem, a replacement will be sent out to you immediately at no cost to you.
We only ship in the continental United States and do not ship to APO boxes. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada is not available.
We do offer rush and overnight shipping however the cost is substantial due to the size of our bean bags. Please call 1-888-550-1187 for a shipping quote.
When ordering your beanbag please include your email address. We will send you a email confirmation of your bean bag chair order and we also send you a tracking number for the bean bag as soon as it ships out.
Once you place your order and the chair has left the warehouse you are responsible for the shipping costs incurred to return the chair. All charges incurred on refused packages will be deducted from the refund amount due.
